Zambezi Healing Arts is a continuation of my ancestors’ vision and a love letter to Reiki energy healing. I believe that by nurturing our energetic body, we transform how we see, feel, and experience the world around us.

In 2021, I went through a massive transformation. I was overwhelmed, dealing with severe burnout, addiction, grief and disconnection. The weight of the world felt heavy and I rarely found peace within. I made the decision to finally take ownership of my life.
I started the process of healing my mind, body, and soul. As I healed myself, I was able to release toxic patterns and access greater physical and mental wellbeing. At this time, I also discovered healing wisdom in my ancestral lineage and an intuitive connection to plants and the natural world. I realized that I was meant to heal others by healing myself. I was finally able to feel ease and calm in my own life.
Through Reiki and intuitive energy work, I support clients of all ages as they cultivate their capacity for abundance, release and renewal.
